Empower your members to communicate with potential candidates about the Royal Arch

This section identifies the need for all Chapter members and Royal Arch Representatives to become confident enough to explain the Royal Arch and the value of completing your masonic journey to their friends—and also what not to say.

What do we want (Aims) How do we get there (Steps) What to use (Resources)
Aim) To ensure consistent messages about the benefits of joining are communicated to potential members
  • Ensure all members are aware of the Discover More booklet aimed at Master Masons, and know how to access it in print or online
  • Ensure all Members are aware of the ‘Welcome Companion’ module in the Royal Arch section of Solomon and the 'Welcome Companion' Narrative
  • Highlight these key messages next to the Chapter’s description in a simple one-page document and ensure any Provincial messages are incorporated
  • Ensure all members know what (not) to say about the Royal Arch, and can explain the value of membership
  • Organise regular opportunities to communicate these documents e.g., at Committee meetings, non-ceremonial meetings, inputs at Festive Boards
  • Ensure your RA Representatives have these documents
