Promote an environment for the active involvement of all Companions

This section addresses how to create the right environment within a Chapter to increase participation

What do we want (Aims) How do we get there (Steps) What to use (Resources)
Aim i) To create an environment where companions can be involved outside of the formal ritual
  • Establish a culture that understands that not all Companions want to quickly take formal office and be expected to deliver ritual

Use the information gathered via SHAPE to offer appropriate tasks and roles to such Companions

Involving New Members

Aim ii) To establish effective communication channels via email, texts, and other digital platforms
  • Ensure members’ email addresses are up to date including arrangements for those without email
  • Communicate with members between meetings
