Aim i) To create a succession and progression plan for both key and progressive offices within the Chapter
Undertake a ‘willingness to progress/continue in office’ survey
Based on this survey, complete the succession template
Aim ii) To create a plan for future ceremonial requirements
Based on a clear understanding of each members ability and expectations, plan arrangements for delivery of key ceremonies and prepare for last minute problems.
